Brian A. Floyd is a West Virginia native and a thirty + year resident of Fairmont and Marion County. Brian is well known around the Fairmont business community, and has been a local entrepreneur owning Creative Gourmet food service management company. Brian is a graduate of West Virginia University Business School, the Greenbrier Resort Culinary Apprenticeship, and the Spruce School of Real Estate. He is also a Chef-Instructor with Pierpont Community & Technical College. Brian focuses on both commercial and residential property sales.
